Hi! I’m Angela Hall

I'm the laidback, approachable, and fun interior designer who’s been in your shoes. I can help with just about any interior design project you can dream up!

Since becoming an interior designer and investing in my projects as a mom, I’ve taken time to select pieces for my home that not only reflect me and my family, but can also stand up to the wear and tear that comes from a real family, living real life.

I’ve experienced first hand the difference of waking up every day in a home I’m proud of and love, while not having to worry about my son tossing his muddy shoes in the wrong spot.

Now, I LOVE helping other moms find this freedom too. I’m the design momcierge that takes it all on so you don’t have to. I handle everything from interior design project concept to installation to renovation project management.

My approach

I do what I do because it allows me to be creative each and every day. I love seeing clients’ faces light up as we reinvigorate, reinvent, and revive their space.

Being a working mom, I know how easy it is to put yourself (and your design projects) last and I’m on a mission to help other moms put themselves first by transforming their homes into spaces they’re proud of.

“Angela is a dream partner to make changes in your home. Highly recommend Angela, just get started with an initial call and the rest is pure magic!” – Amy B.

Angela puts her clients at ease from the very first consultation! – Terri H.

My clients love that I’m:

Approachable and relatable (you can put away your fancy china)

Prompt and communicative

Transparent (no hidden fees or surprise bills)

Open-minded (I won’t be offended if you don’t love my ideas)

My story

I walked away from my 10-year career in higher education to become an interior designer. I’m a believer that life is too short not to follow your bliss, and interior design is something I’ve always had a passion for.

I’ve been a creative person all my life. I love music and am most definitely the person you want on your trivia team if there’s a music category! I grew up watching MTV with my older, cooler aunts as a kid, played violin, and sang in chorus. I also loved arts and crafts (think everything from making pot holders to weaving friendship bracelets out of DM floss).

Eventually, I graduated from making keychains with Perler beads to a fascination with home design shows. “This Old House” with Bob Vila, “Trading Spaces”, I was hooked and loved it all.

The practical side of me though didn’t think a career in interior design was in the cards for me. I’d just graduated college and had student loans to pay back, not to mention bills. So, I put my dream on the backburner until 2018. I still continued to read design magazines, keep up with trends and articles, and binge interior design TV shows.

A series of personal events made me stop in my tracks and reevaluate my life. We faced challenges around illness, grief, and major mental health issues.

For our ten-year anniversary, my husband and I went to Texas where we saw the empire that Joanna and Chip Gaines (of HGTV and Magnolia network fame) had built together. I was inspired and realized that life was too short not to follow my dreams and be happy.

I took the biggest risk of my life and stepped away from my career in higher education and went back to school for interior design.

I took a chance and invested in myself and haven’t looked back since.

Meet My Chief Dog Officer, Gypsy

My chief doggie officer is always with me when I work from home and up for a quick doggie snuggle break or belly rub.

Her design style is very simple: if it’s cozy and you can lay on it, it goes!

Gypsy’s a local New England rescue who’s an eclectic mix of different breeds, resulting in the perfect masterpiece of cuteness. We often say she’s the Mary Poppins of dogs because she’s perfect in every way!

Gypsy loves watching the Great British Baking Show as much as I do, and can often be seen lounging (aka Zoom bombing) in the background, when I’m on networking and client calls.

We’d love to learn more about you and your interior design project!
